Shipping & handling policies:
A. JDM Auto Depot Admin mentions this situation first, because most of the time we receive calls about items which are broken during the shipment. It is clearly and boldly mentioned in all our policies that if a part is broken during shipment we are not responsible for that.
B. Once, an item is bought on line or by person, we assume that the bidder or the buyer already did his/her homework and thoroughly verified the item before purchasing. Therefore, JDM Auto Depot does not accept any exchanges or refunds.
C. We carefully and meticulously handle our engines or any other parts before shipping them out, and we even notify the shipper with the working condition of the engines or parts; however, if anything happens during the shipment then JDM Auto Depot cannot accept any responsibility.
D. All deposits are NOT refundable.
E. According to financial institutions there is a cost of 40.00$ for return checks, which is demanded by our financial institution.
F. All declined orders will be charged 33% of the total amount of the invoice due to restocking plus the shipping cost.
G. All our clients could contact us for shipping information. However, we always let our clients know about the tracking number once the item is shipped out.
